Also known as the Main Street of America, Route 66 was one of the first highways within the US Highway System. Stretching from Chicago to Santa Monica, this route served as the major pathway for those migrating west during the 1930’s Dust Bowl and provided an economic staple to businesses residing along its path. Although no longer considered a US Highway today, this red oak engineered floor pays tribute to this historic route with a smooth, natural look that highlights the origin of the floor through its natural brown grain.
