Things like stair nosing, reducers, thresholds, and moldings are optional items and should be measured by the linear foot. It helps to know if/what trim you’ll need when you place your order for flooring.

Stair Nosing

Stair nosing is the rounded edge of a wooden staircase that increases the length of the edge of each stair. Our stair nosing comes matching the width, species, and color of each floor we offer and is 4 feet in length.

Base Shoe Molding

As your floor naturally shifts with the seasons, there may be a gap between your floor and the baseboard/cabinets. To overcome this, we recommend using base shoe molding to cover up any gap that may arise. Our shoe molding comes in 8 foot lengths.

T-Molding

If you are transitioning your new floor to a different flooring surface in adjoining rooms, T-molding is there to help. This product is ideal for doorways and where floors of the same thickness come together. Our T-molding comes in 6.5 foot length pieces.
